  Every year on May 10 , Barangay Villaflor comes alive with the vibrant celebration of Fiesta sa Dagat (Sea Festival) in honor of their beloved patron, Sto. Niño . At the heart of this festive day is the tradition of Biray , a communal feast by the shore that brings together families, friends, and neighbors. This celebration is not only a joyful expression of gratitude for the sea’s blessings but also a deep reflection of the community’s faith and unity.
